Charlotte Concert 2009   
I wanted to send a big shout out to Ileana and the rest of the BOD for making this years tailgate and pre-parties a great time. I know from my own past experience that this is a huge undertaking on the boards part to make it run as smooth as it did. You guys did great!! A HUGE thanks to Sonja and Len for coordinating the key pieces of our tailgate, parking and port-a-jons. Not only are these the key pieces, but they are also the biggest headache. We picked up a lot of new members at the tiki bar and I am sure that it was because of the good time that everyone saw that we were having. Keep up the good work!
I Hope everyone was feeling good on Wed!... See you all in a couple weeks! Please send pictures and stories to Ryan for the upcoming newsletter while they are still fresh in your memory!! Thanks to everyone for making all the pre-parties and the tailgate such a great event. For those of you who couldn't make it, you really missed out.
We were very fortunate to have been graced with Nadirah Shakoor's presence and she was kind enough to take pictures with us and sign autographs. The music was great, the company was wonderful and the drinks were flowing. The perfect day! And the concert was pretty damn good too. November Meeting - 11/10/09 Venue Selection - An email will go out to everyone who voted on a new venue with proposed Happy Hour dates at Jillian's… so we all can make an informed final vote for our Meeting venue for 2010. Just a reminder that the vote is between Tavern on the Tracks and Jillian's Southend. 2010 BOD Elections - Nominations so far:

October Meeting Minutes - 10/6/09Venue Selection - The first phase of the Venue Selection voting is complete and the top 2 choices are:
- Tavern on the Tracks - 10
- Jillian's South End - 5
We will now plan a visit to Jillian's so that everyone can see it first hand before making a final vote on our top two venues.

 - Add Pictures to Photo Gallery
http://www.parrotheadclubofcharlotte.com/ - First, Logon to Site. If you don’t have a logon, you must register first.
- Go to Photo Gallery from main menu.
- Go to the folder you would like to add pictures. For this year’s concerts use 2009 Buffett Concert.
- Scroll down to the bottom and look for upload file.
- Browse to find the picture on your computer.
- Add title info and any other comments.
- Select the Start Upload button.
